Allow 2-3 Business Days for our design team to complete your custom artwork order. For same-day artwork orders, we need all pertinent information and payment by 11am, there is a $100 upcharge. We only guarantee the first proof and one revision for same day orders. Artwork production times are not included in the product production times. Product production will begin once the final artwork is approved.
All basic artwork orders include 2 revisions and all subsequent revisions will be billed at $15 each.
Midwest Custom Print will send communication via e-mail and phone calls to verify information and to provide updates on the orders. We can send text messages; however, it will not be the primary mode of communication.
We need all artwork customers to provide high quality images, information that will be written in text, color/background requests and any details necessary to begin processing the order. We expect customers to follow up with our outbound communication regarding the order within 24 hours and 2 hours for Rush orders.
If the artwork project has started the basic fee will not be refunded. If we do not receive artwork requirements from the customer with 72 hours, we will cancel the order and provide a 100% refund. Allow 3-5 Business Days to process refunds.
In order to recreate artwork produced by designers outside of Midwest Custom Print, we require the original artwork file in pdf, png, ai, or ps formats. If we cannot edit the original artwork, recreations will be billed at $40 per hour. Customers must call and request a custom quote for these orders.
