Description

Grocery Product Labels

When it comes to food packaging, your label has to do more than just inform—it has to sell. Midwest Custom Print’s Grocery Product Labels are designed to help your product stand out on crowded shelves, whether it’s a gourmet sauce, salad dressing, nut butter, or artisanal syrup.

Our labels are printed on either White BOPP or Clear BOPP—two of the most versatile and high-performing materials in the packaging industry. These biaxially oriented polypropylene films provide a clean, professional look and superior resistance to moisture, oil, and handling.

Every label is finished with a clear poly lamination, making it water-resistant and ideal for products stored in coolers, refrigerators, or on wet retail shelves. These labels adhere beautifully to both plastic and glass containers, offering long-lasting performance and vibrant, photo-quality print.

If you’re looking for a high-end label that communicates your brand’s quality, this is the one. Forget low-cost paper options that smear, tear, or fade—our Grocery Product Labels deliver durability and shelf appeal where it counts.

🎨 Artwork Guidelines for Custom Labels

To ensure your custom labels print beautifully and without delay, please follow these artwork guidelines when submitting your design:

✅ File Format

  • Submit print-ready artwork in PDF, AI, or EPS formats.
  • All files should be vector-based with fonts outlined and images embedded.

📏 Bleed & Safe Zones

  • Include 1/16” (.0625") bleed on all sides of your design.
  • Keep critical text and logos 1/8” (.125") inside the cut line (safe zone) to avoid trimming.

🎯 Resolution

  • For raster images (like JPG or PNG), ensure a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at full size.

🌈 Color Mode

  • Files must be set to CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction.
  • Spot colors should be identified if using Pantone (PMS) for color matching.

🔁 Die Lines & Cut Paths

  • If you have a custom shape, include the cut path as a separate layer labeled “Die Line.”

👀 Proofing

  • You’ll receive a digital proof before production. Double-check for any typos, alignment issues, or design changes before approving.
